I’ve been unable to purchase any of the shows. Page always just goes blank after I type in all the info and credit card and press the purchase button. I’ve already tried this multiple times over the course of a few weeks. I’ve also been unable to purchase a founders pass on the veritasradionetwork website.
“Unable to create charge: Bill To First Name is required.”
…That’s the message I get every time I try to purchase the founders pass. Don’t understand what’s going on. I always make sure I type in all the necessary info and there is no slot anywhere where I can insert my name so I don’t know what it’s talking about. I’ve already tried to contact the website (veritasradionetwork) today as well as a few days back but haven’t heard back anything yet. Am I the only one experiencing all these problems? I just really wanted to download some of the reconquest shows before I leave town on monday morning. I’ll be gone for a month on pilgrimage around europe and really just wanted to have the shows on my iPod to listen to. If there is anything you can do to help I would really appreciate it.
